Most of you will probably say this is overkill but I think Ben could pull it off

At full power he'd be a bit less than Luke. I don't know.

so is Luke practically I mean look at how powerful he is

Even Luke might be defeated by Marka Ragnos or Exar Kun. In fact, he most likely would. I'd give him 50/50 or 55/45 against Kun, and 60/40 against Ragnos. Luke is the second number in both.
