Depends on which knocker you're talking about. If you're talking about a knocker that comes in a pair commonly known as a set of knockers, it could unintentionally happen during a fight. If you're talking about a knocker which is also known in some parts of the known world as a wanker, that couldn't, (or most certainly shouldn't) happen during a fight.

So, I don't get my knocker slobbed? 🙁

If you want it to get slobbed, it's entirely possible. Just not during a fight.
