What would happen if the old Hulk thought that Superman killed Betty and Superman thought Hulk killed Lois

Superman would win.

They would both get K.O.

Or dead. Now that would be cool.

Superman would win,if he cuts loose he'll be unbeatable

I don't know both are massively powered. Hulk in a Blind Rage like that could be a match for the Man of Steel but Supes still brings mad powers to the table and that would be the only reason he would win if he could.

Hulk can win, with proper motivation.

"Hey, Hulk, that guy over there--Superman, he said your mother wore combat boots!"
"HULK'S MOM WORE SENSIBLE SHOES!"

And he rips off Superman's head.

That situation was shamelessly lifted form an issue of Defenders.
