What's the biggest animal you reckon you could knock out with one punch?

I was at the zoo today and me and my mates had this discussion. I reckon I could take a Lama but one of my mates reckoned he could punch out a wildebeest in one go. What are your thoughts? One punch only remember.

With gloves, brass knuckles, boxing gloves, etc.?

I'd say maybe a horse if I hit it full strength or a cow if I'm lucky. Hitting a giraffe on the balls sounds reasonable.
