Wow. What's up with all you guys? I mean, you can't seriously say that you don't like Logan just because some people insist that he's not beatable? He's been in som pretty great stuff (x-men) And am I alone in saying that he was a pretty good character to learn about? I like Wolverine, I'm no fanboy. Why bash him like this?

well hes an ok character. It just annoys me that he appears in every flippin comic nowadays............

I'm not bashing him, but when people do this on threads, it gets more annoying than anything.

that's why I posted here. I'm just kind of annoyed by some of the people around these days. Why does everyone hate characters with fanboys? Cy, Logan, SM, Supes... never did anything to anyone...

He's definatly more developed than Spiderman.

Wolverine can run the gauntlet of Heroic, Killer, Human, Animal, Angry, Confused, Untrustworthy, loyal, berserker or a stealthy ninja.......

Waaaaaayyyy more layered than Spiderman.

You're kidding, he's so one-dimensional, no true conflict no irony, no true emotion, real life crisis, etc.

Spiderman's life sucks, therefore people relate to him more.

Spiderman is a: hero, teacher, discipliner, he doesn't want to kill, he takes pics of himself to live off of, he's a husband with a seperated wife, he's not perfect or godly, he loses, he keeps trying, he makes decisions that stay with him, he has ALOT more responsibility, he has 2 lives and tries to keep one from getting too much into his real life.

Don't you see thats better than kill,kill,kill.

Even in the movies he was more complex.

But it's still true that Wolverine has a more layered personality than Spiderman. He has a longer history than Spiderman and he's more conflicted than Spiderman.

Spiderman doesn't want to kill or hurt people, wolverine doesn't either, but he has no control after his darker side takes over.

Ech. I don't hate him, per se, it's just a bit annoying that Marvel is, in all reality, shoving him wherever they can. The fact that he's on all three X-teams doesn't bother me, y'know, he's an X-Man at heart, but things like him being on the cover of Ultimate X-Men #1 when he isn't even in the issue, those bother me.

But whatever, let's just hope Marvel doesn't "kill" him in an effort to reverse the over-exposure.
