I know batman's heroclix owns Ian's though... even though Ian's is a steal at it's point value.

Ian showed to possess peak human abilities, he can land unhurted from a 7floor tall building, he can catch bullets with his bare hands, he has high martial arts skills and his stealth abilities are uncanny even in daylight he can disappear in a just a moment.He can also perform speedblitzes running into his target before they can react.
I think he stand serious chances, after all he has the killer istinct Batman doesn't have.
