Is Rom a Part of Marvel???

????

If you mean the Marvel Universe : yes. He's friends with Namor.

He can no longer be shown in armour due to copyright issues with the toy company that owns him😄 But you knew that😄 your showing your age and game😄 This is a versus forum.

Then why did mark out my Rom vs Thread

You know why😄

Forge's neutralizer (that stripped Storm of her powers for a while) was a variant on ROM's. The Dire Wraiths are themselves an offshoot of the Skrulls.
