Mr. Sinister took all of his Summers/Grey gene pool with him, and creating the ultimate clone together with Thanos, who supplied him with extra-terrestrial technology similar the Galactus’s, which endowed the clone with power cosmic, together with psionic powers similar to Cable/X-Man from Sinister. With Doctor’s matter transmuting powers, Lord Dark Wind, master of adamantium bonding process, gained unlimited supply of adamantium.
He then replaced the bones and skin of the clone with adamantium, making him nigh invulnerable. The adamantium was also plated with vibranium, also provided by the Doctor. Doctor also endowed the creation with his own mystic potential. They had the power and the potential, now they needed experience and skill. Apocalypse, together with Doctor Doom honed their mind switching skills with psionic technology provided by Forge, and collected the skills from the minds of Deathstroke, Cable, Xavier, Silver Surfer, Doctor Strange, Thanos, Odin and other beings. With unlimited time, they spent three hundred million years to train their creation to perfection, better using his powers and skills then their original owners. Thanos has also gained mind, power and time gem for him.
