Actually, Qui Gon would have a hard time, since Luminara uses SOresu and has an excellent defense. She is also more agile then he is.

A lot of jedi and sith have a hard time, but they eventually end up victorious.

But the point remains that Qui Gon has a weak defense and Luminara can just keep him going until he either overextends himself or tires out.

Um, Qui Gon Jinn doesn't rival Mace in swordsmanship. If he did, Maul would be dead in under thirty seconds, since Samuel Mother****in' L. Jackson pwned Sidious in about that amount of time.
