EP IV:
Arm of one dude in the Cantina on Tatooine

EP V:
Lukes hand

EP VI:
Some limbs of bounty hunters at the fight at the beginning
Vaders hand

So...more than a dozen of limbs gone during 6 films. They were later (a long time later in another galaxy far far away) used to create something called "Frankenstein".

Kill Bill is trash IMO, SW is a classic. Also, you forgot Jango's head in EP2.
