Attributes: Has two large Eagle wings on his back, his body is really light, and due to the fact he needs to always be that light, Ketchum never produces any fat on his body. His wings can carry someone/something twenty times of his weight. His breathing system is much more complex than of anyone, he can reach up to great distances into the air, and still make oxygen for himself even while out of the troposphere. His eyes can see ten times farther than a normaly human, and they spot things a normal person would never spot. Than there is his vampiric side, Ketchum has small potions of blood stored in his house, where it will feed him enough blood he wants. However since mostly his blood is Eagle he likes to eat meat/roddents. His vampiric sides also gives him large fangs, and could leap about two meters long.

(P.S. 2Tidus! your new character is half vampire/half eagle. Even though it's mostly eagle as you say, it should still be burned by the sun and have the weaknesses of vampires.
