Area 51 (PC)

Got this game and been playing it fo a week now, even though it got an average of 7 out of ten by most reviews I think the games brilliant.

even though the graphics arn´t as good as Half life and other top games of the genre, its still fun to play. The story and the way it unfolds is excellent, mind you I´m a bit of a UFO freak.

Just shows don´t always go by the reviews of some magazines and websites.

It looks prettty generic to me, and I think thats what the problem was.

Excellent rated games are generally newer ideas or old ideas but with extreme amount of polish and detail.

It looks like this game has none of that but its pretty chaotic and fun but hihgly unoriginal. Thus the rating of 7 out of 10.

It is quite a fun game but it certianly doesn't set the world alight with originality. I would give it 7/10 too.

I must say I did enjoy getting to tee off on the greys though 😈 And the cut-scenes were quality.

yep the cut scenes were brilliant. i enjoy generic games where you just run about killing things. Like Doom Quake etc.

suppose its a matter of taste

But Quake and Doom were the main ones 10-15 years ago.
Im sorry to say but videogames have evolved.
