Dial up connection and auauora (sp?) help

everytime i turn on my pc i get a dial up connection box (see below) but when i click cancel it comes up randomly throughout my use of the pc. please tell me how to kill it!

and i keep getting pop ups entitled: auarura (sp?) i need to have them killed also.

for pop-ups you need to check your pc for spyware.
The dial up box that pops up could be cause you have your settings on "dial when computer is running" or something or a program needs to get online info
