Loose ends...

1) If Obi-Wan and Yoda were at the Temple when Palpatine was addressing the Senate, how did they know he had become "The Emperor"?

2) When Obi-Wan goes to Padme to find out where Anakin is, and says he is in danger...she asks "from the Sith?" Why would she ask that, they hadn't discussed that with padme and anakin the whole movie.

1) The security recordings.

2) I think some political people in the republic knew about "a sith" controlling the Senate and since Padme had connections with Obi-Wan and Anakin it's only natural for her to here about such things.
