IG-88 vs a droideka

Droideka/Destroyer: one-track minded killing machine with a personal sheild generator and 2 laser cannons on each arm.

IG-88: an intelligent self-aware assassin droid with 8 weapons built into it: laser cannons , flamethower, seeker missiles, cuncussion grenades, flechette, paralysis whip, pulse cannon, and a nerve gas dispenser which is useless against other droids.

I would like to say IG-88, but even the Jedi feared destroyers...

IG-88 is crazy powerful. It took Dash to beat one, and he is basicly a Han Solo clone(maybe more armor, less luck). Fett also beat one, but had a hard time. The Droideka is gone.

You listed a Pulse Cannon; in Labyrinth of Evil, Obi-Wan and Anakin call down a Pulse Bombardment onto an army of droidekas. It completely wipes them out. So IG-88 with his single cannon would blow away the shields and systems of the droideka in a single shot. Not to mention the concussion grenades could probably bowl it right over, leaving it open to a shot from IG's lasers.
