Darth Malak and Mace Windu vs. Yoda and Count Dooku

Imagine that Mace Windu was Malak's Apprentice. . . Windu gone bad.

Nace would beat Dooku. Malak would hold off Yoda until Mace helped finish Yoda.

I Professor Dath_glentract(if you read a lot of wikipedia you might see my work) [i had a have time spelling Professor] have formed a theory stating that a major reason for Windu being able to defeat Sidious was because his lightsaber form brings him closer to the darkside. Yoda's vision was clouded by the darkside, making him expend more enegy on predicting Sidious' attacks. Mace, being able to at least in part call upon the power of the darkside would have less difficulty seeing him. This shows that Mace may have infact not been more capable against darksiders in genereal, only Sidious. While this saddens me to admit, Mace being a fav. character, Dooku may be able to defeat Master Windu intime to take the victory.

Have you seen the part in the movie where Sidious hold a lightsaber to Windu's chest but does not stab? Mace was Sidious' pawn to turn Anakin. Dooku would slap Mace down. Dooku has mastered Form II and if there was such thing as "Vapaad", i am sure Mace would master that too.

Mace has too many flaws in his Form when he fights with it and too much aggression. Dooku would keep his cool and slice Windu's paw off.

So you believe that that one moment was Sidious dragging on the fight?

November 1st. . . . and I dunno if Dooku could take Mace. He might, but not easily at all, if at all. This is possibly one of the closest fights there is, Mace vs. Dooku. BUt with the Dark Side empowering him and enabling him to use such abilities as Lightning and Grip and Dooku's Throws without hesitancy, he might be able to take this.

I'd like to point out that Dooku, as Sidious' pawn, never fights an honest t0-the-death fight. In AOTC, he gives everyone a run for their money but only moves to kill Obi-Wan (Which may have been part of Sidious' plan- to elminate Anakin's master). However, he flees because he has the Death Star plans in hand.

In ROTS, he clearly outclasses Obi-wan. However, (And I reason, for Sidious' grand scheme) he does not destroy Skywalker.

In both instances, Dooku holds back, with the exception of ROTS Obi-Wan, whom he dominated like all hell.

Personally? If Dooku had had more Sith training, he would have been superior to Sidious. But that is my personal opinion.

In swordsmanship he's already greater than Sidious, on par with Mace and Yoda, or maybe even superior. In raw power? I don't know if he could surpass Yoda or Sidious, but maybe. So many possibilities. . . .

I did read that he had VAST potential, so he might. I'd say he could already almost fight Yoda to a standstill, and so he could probably beat or stall Sidious in a saber-fight.

Meh... PT badasses really get the short end of the stick.

Hmph. There should be some infinities of the prequel trilogy showing how badass the Sith would have been had Dooku been chosen instead of Maul. . .

Quite badass, I would imagine. But it took Qui-Gon's death to tip Dooku fully into the dark lord's favor.

Well then, C3P0 is the Chosen One, Yoda was a jawa without robes, and Sidious was merely a prankster who did all the manipulation just so he could get in history books. He secretly has a love of hamsters from Duros.

if either sie had any sence they would play defensive. If Malak turned on dooku in stead of yoda and Mace defended, Malak would eat dooku and Mace could hold off yoda until malak arrived. this could also work for the other side....?
