Deadeye vs Cyclops.

Powers/Abilities: Deadeye wore a costume with protective armor which could also simulate energy blasts from an apparatus around his eye.

VERSUS!!!!!!!

Known superhuman powers: Cyclops possesses the mutant ability to project a beam of concussive, ruby-colored force from his eyes.

I think without the visor Cyke can blast everything in his field of vision including peripheral. How wide can Deadeye's energy blasts get?

I've always been annoyed by that change in Cyclops's powers. Classically, his beams were weaker without the visor. The visor not only contained the beams, but concentrated them as well. Check out the scene it Xavier's office in Classic X-Men #1 (taking place in between panels of Giant X-Men#1). Suddenly, a few years later he whips off his visor and blasts Mr.Sinister to pieces with no explanation for the change. Grumble grumble.

Cyclops, since he is one of "the twelve".

I'd put my money on Cyclops..

Deadeye = a lamer and possibly weaker look-a-like of AOA Cyclops
