Personally I would go for Batman winning the fight. But saying that is bias as I am more a Batman fan then a Wolverine fan.

If Punisher can impromptu shut down Wolverine and escape, Batman would certainly serve him.

Wolverine. Tougher, more experienced and in close combat situations just way more dangerous.

Yes, batman loses 8/10 without prep, he'd need knockout gas or some nerve stuff.

With preptime, I'd say Batman 6 or 7/10. Without, maybe 2.
