Oh by all means. Actually, i go to the gym everyday except for weekends when i just chill out. Work with heavy weights in order to add muscle mass, take carbohydrates (no, they're not illegal, nor bad for you). They just act like a full meal so you don't work on an empty stomach basically.
SO yeah, i'm all for muscle mass, and looking good. After all, Mens Sana in corpore Sano is one of my fav. quotes (that i frequently feck up 😮 )
But the "tough guy" attitude is just too funny at the gym. it gets kinda dangerous too when i'm benchpressing and i see these guys get told off by every damn chick in the gym...i burst out laughing and lose my focus 😆

Naw.......if you eat well enough, take those carbohydrates to make up for lost energy, and work out a lot, the lactic acid that hits your muscles causing muscle fever pretty much doesn't bother you anymore 👆
