This is really hard. I'd like to say the Jedi since both are Jedi Masters who are suposed to be really strong but then again they both just stood and let Palpatine butcher them. I guess I'll go with Maul because he'd probably kill one of them immediately. He's fair and would let them ignite their lightsabers, then he'd charge them. They'd both raise their sabers, Maul'd kill Agen, Saesee would swing, Maul'd block it and then take out Saesee in, say, 30 seconds, tops.
Maul = Well-versed combatant, skilled in acrobatics just as much as dueling. Defeated one of the finer swordsmen of the Order, Qui-Gon. Killed by Padawan Obi-Wan due to arrogance and failure to kill him soon enough.
Agen Kolar and Saesee Tiin = Two Jedi Council Members who survived the Arena Battle of Geonosis. Both killed by Sidious, who stabbed them both with the weakest, slowest, and most dramatic stab move ever. They must be horrible duelists, giving they didn't take advantage of that Pyscho Crusher move he did and stab him, nor did they defend against his stab despite the fact that they had more than ample time to stab him in the face, more or less parry, before he attacked.
Maul wins with a baby Jawa strapped to one leg, and a baby Ewok strapped to the other.
