Account screw up

When I got on tonight I was shown as not logged in, so I did. Afterwards it happened again, and I logged in again, I've done this about three times now, can someone tell me WTF is going on?

It may be that your cookies have been disabled and everytime you refresh it logs you out.

How would I go about reversing this?

Don't you just go to the Internet Options area in your tool bar?
