Thor is too much for Spider-Man. Easy as pie. Thor is a freaking God, son of the almighty Odin.
Spider-Man is just above street level heroes lol.
But but but... in all honesty, without Mjolnir - and yes, that makes a big difference - he can and will give Thor a decent workout before Spider-Man bites the dust. Nothing more, nothing less.
