When they run into each other, and it is the Dock Ock with adamantium arms, I'll vote for Ock. He nearly killed the Hulk (and SM) with ease with those arms, beat him almost to death.

Dock Ock 8/10.

Normal Ock, same situation but both preptime : oh, well, let's say Ock 1/10.

Except Doom has a forcefield and his armor has taken far worse.
