Who in Marvel were be able to stop and calm down a gigantic Tsunami like last year ?

The Invisible Man (Johnny Storm as a herald to Galactus) could do it very easily. Others that would definitely be able to do it are:

Storm
Thor
Beta Ray Bill
Thunderstrike
Invisible Woman
Black Bolt
Impossible Man
Any Herald to Galactus (maybe not Nova)
Anyone at Thanos-level or above in terms of power and abilities

Molecule man can do it easily

i'd like to see havok give it a go...

during legion quest he stopped a tidal wave by himself (though obviously not one as big), but i think he'd be useful...

avalanche could help too, raising ground level or building barriers...
