And wtf is up with Fleur? I think Veila's are supposed to have a little pointy ears... And somekind of sparkly hair...
That's not a finished pic, her hair will probably be digitally colored silver for the finished movie.
Personally I like the way Mad Eye Moody looks, but the eye shouldn't be strapped on, it should just go directly into his eye socket. They probably did this so when you see him taking it out it doesn't scare younger viewers.

I've seen the preview for GoF and Harry doesn't look bad...I actually don't like how Hermione looks, but Harry's Harry looks good long. Ron's doesn't though. I thought Krum would look like that except a bit more Hair and a messed up nose like the book says. But that's not what I expected Karkaroff to look like. Don't like how Cho looks either. Also didn't think Fluer would look like that...she doesn't look feminine enough in the movie...and her hair color stays the same in the movie, I saw it in the preview, she wears blue. But the preview pictures are shown too, so you would have known that. You can tell that, just like with Draco Malfoy, the person who plays Fluer is not really a blonde. Might post again later if I think of anything else to say.
i don't really like harry and ron's hair but i like it better than wen it was short. i think they both need a little trim.lol but harry's hair doesn't look too bad wen it's all messed up. and i totally agree that crouch looks like hitlerlol. o and i didn't think moody would be so fat and i don't like how his eye is like strapped it. i like to compain!lol
I think Harry, Ron & Hermione look perfect as they've only aged another year... I liked Krum although he really shouldn't look that much older than Hermione!! And he looks far too clean cut, he's supposed to be a brooding Russian (I think) and his face isn't messed up enough from all the injuries he's sustained in Quidditch. Fleur is a good choice, except she's supposed to be stunning and Poesy isn't that beautiful 😬 Crouch is good, even though he looks like Hitler 😂 He's kinda supposed to look like he's under a lot of pressure and you can't say Hitler wasn't 🙄 I also think Rita Skeeter is fab, but I imagined her to be brunette (can't think why) 😄 And Cho Chang is spot on IMO.... and finally, Cedric Diggory is just not good enough... he should have been more like Krum but blonde. Even Oliver Wood was closer and more believable to what I imagined from the book.
