Blood snarled and braced himself for an attack. He looked at Ayuka as she stepped forward. "No." Her voice was firm and strict. "No Alex. I have Blood here. I no longer require your assistance. It is our destiny and fate to kill Lucifer. You mustn't interrfere." With a nod to Blood, he picked Ayuka up and dashed away, the two vanishing like a shadow in the morning sun.

At the cave, Blood set Ayuka down. He walked to a small stream in the back and dipped a cloth into it. Bringing it back, Blood began to gently clean Ayuka's face. "Ayuka, you cannot stay with me." His voice echoed within the cave and trembled around the walls. "It is too dangerous for you. I can't let you fall into danger"
Ayuka looked away and sent a glare at blood. "Danger?! We slaughtered emperors! Kings! All surounded by guards and you never once called that danger! When I vowed to be an assasin I vowed to die doing my job. If I die then I have done my job well." She glared at him. "You have turned cowardly!"
Blood stood up and stared into her eyes. "Is wanting to keep you safe cowardly?!"
Ayuka snapped, "Yes! It is cowardly! I can take care of myself!!!"
"No! You think you can but you cant Ayuka! Tenkei's death changed you! You dont have that fire anymore Ayu!! You cant defend yourself like you could."
Ayuka's eyes blazed. "I can defend myself just fine!"
Blood countered, "Then do it!! Go out and have Lucifer kill you! See if I care!!!"
Ayuka's eyes widened and tears began to fill them. "Fine!" She turned on her heel and ran out of the cave, tears beginning to stream down her cheeks. Blood gazed after her and sat down on a rock, rubbing his temples and regretting everything he had said to her.

(( 😑 I think I got that. Sorry I'm tired so it's hard to read today >.<😉)

Ayuka snarled and almost punched a tree in rage. She managed to control herself. "That damn little.... Ugh! I can... I can take care of myself!" Tears fell off her chin and nose and landed upon the grass below her. "Stupid idiot! I hate him!!!" She lunged at a tree and kicked it, making a searing pain enter her foot. She gasped in pain and surprise and went limping back to the path. "I wish I had never come here. It was a mistake." She sighed and walked to the lake, kneeling down next to it. Ayuka dipped her foot into the cool water, numbing it slightly. She began to rub it, relaxing the bruised skin. She winced slightly and then closed her eyes, content for the moment.
