*Ayuka threw the dagger at Alex* stop following me! *She dashed through the streets. She stopped, once she was sure he wasn't following her and took out a piece of paper* ah, so it should be this house right here *She opened the door and walked inside. Suddenly, she spotted her victim and shock came over her. A young girl was huddled in the corner, her mother and father lay dead on the ground next to her. Ayuka almost dropped her crossbow. She looked at her arm, which had the dragon upon it and then to the girl. She approached the child and extended her claws. The little girl whimpered and began to cry. "I dont think I can... she's just a young girl.... i... i... i must but i... my arm wont move! what am i going to do?" Ayuka's hand was ready to drive into the little girl's chest and rip out her heart but, something held her back. Ayuka had never killed a child before. She was compassionate towards them ever since he came into her life. She shook the memory out of her mind and looked at the girl. "She has his eyes... exactly!" She thought. Ayuka was caught in two paths. She could kill this girl and get the burden off of her or.... She felt horrible inside and a large lump in her throat threatened tears to come to her eyes*
*Ayuka picked up the young girl and kept holding her, soon feeling the child fall asleep* i'm taking her to an orphanage... i lost one child i cant bear to lose another *She began to walk out of the house, taking a short glance at the two parents that lay dead on the ground. She wouldnt have hesitated to kill them but the girl she would never hurt*
*Ayuka nodded and rubbed the child's back* there's one thing i dont get... the parents were dead but the child was not. I did not kill the adults though i would have. Something got there before me and left the girl alive for my work *Her eyes burned with rage* it was a test for me... and i've failed it
