True, we dont have the right to say who they can and can not date. But they are famous, they are putting themselves out their in the media so of course what ever they do or who ever they do is gonna be talked about and if even a small portion is true the media will stretch the truth. If they cant handle the gossip and media publicizing their lives then they are not cut out to be celebrities.

Uno, Emma goes out with Dan, they screw up their movie career with Harry Potter. Dos, yes, she does have a right to like anyone she wants so people shouldn't be saying who she should or shouldn't like. Tres, the only way Dan and Emma can go out is if they quit their jobs as playing Hermione and Harry, get fired from their job of playing Hermione and Harry, one of them quit or get fired from their part, or if they just finish all the movies all together. Cuatro... I can count to four in spanish!
