Dooku and Yoda VS Grievous and Mace

Ah yes. Yet another Matchup i cannot figure out. I think they would tie and someone would run away. It's a pretty close match-up. What do you guys think?

Dooku trained Grievous so Dooku wins.
Yoda defeats Mace.

Obi-Wan defeated Grievous and Dooku is a lot better then Obi-Wan

Dooku DID train Grievous in combat, so he would know his style best. Also, Obi-wan successfully kicked GG's ass in lightsaber combat, so he's dropped a few levels in ranking. And while Mace is good, Yoda or Dooku are capable of keeping him hemmed in long enough to toast GG, and then it's buh-bye Windu.
