What is this?

I get this error message everytime I open the Windows:

"Loadgm is encounter an error on LOADGM.DLL. Loadgm shutting down"

What this so called LOADGM.DLL is and can it possible be fixed?? 😕

*.dll is a library file..
they're used to open other program,
but i don't know what the GM is

Are you sure it's GM? It should be QM.
