Brain is evil, But Pinky lacks that DRIVE to be truly evil. I mean Pinky would be nothing with out the Brain.

I do feel sorry for Brain though, time and time again, he comes up with a GREAT plan to make Man kind bow to him, and declear Brain ruler of the world. But than Pinky finds some way to drop the ball, and ruins Brains plans of world conquest.
