How or where can i learn?.....

I love movies, and i really would like to work for that industry. But there´s a problem, i live in a country where it´s a little bit difficult to study anything related with films.

I only want to know if there´s a kind of web page where i can learn how to use a video camera. Because i have many ideas and i would like to start by making some short films...

Here is a book that you can order over the Internet. Its in its current 3rd edition.

Its the Guerilla Film Makers Handbook . That site also had downloadable PDFs of book sections so you can view it before you order it.

Its an indispensable tool for low-budget movies and feature films.
