It's 38 days, but they are counting hours also, so it's actually 37 + some odd hours.

It's all the same really.

Counting that every time you wake up it's a new day, and every time you go to sleep it's the end of that day, there are 38 more days. Who cares if theres really only 37 left, but your going to sleep again in between the 37th day, and the time you see the movie.
