LOL... Kingpin is like a lesser Lex Luthor.
Is two hours enough time for Lex to get his battle suit? Use his nuclear powered satellites? Get any of his "weapons" that supply the military?
Luthor has way more resources. Plus Luthor is definitely no idiot, he'd already have a plan to get out of this situation.
Luthor would defeat fatty and take his cane to.

The Kingpin is a very rich man with a lot of power. What makes you think he doesn't have all that? I think the Kingpin can take him down.
A lot of people fail to realize that Lex also is ranked among the best martial artists in the world, having trained with Mercy and other assassins. He's got many more connections, he's got much more resources available, and his wallet is fatter than the Bruce family's ever will be. This guy is ingenius and affluent and resourceful enough to take on any hero anytime anywhere.
Lex could use his two hour prep-time to create an involving dilema that makes Superman fight the battle instead, against his own good will and good judgement.
Or just shoots a laser from the sky and evaporates him.
Or puts on his Battle armor.
Anyone thinking Kingpin even has a chance at this is bsing themselves.
Lex doesn't even need prep.
In a mad quest to have a body able to physically compete with Superman, Luthor began to take injections of a blend of synthetic Kryptonite and the muscle-producing Venom. This 'K-Venom' came to replace his blood over time (grafting to it) the coarse green liquid now pumps through his body. This has some dire side-effects, as it is slowly killing him (and is only stemmed by exposure to Kryptonite, a very rare element to come by). This process is painful to say the least, leaving Lex with heart attack-like pains should he go for long without the doses of Kryptonite exposure. The 'K-Venom' that is now his blood also supercharges his production of adrenaline and other aggression-fueling hormones, severely heightening his tendency for violent behavior. Already possessing an extremely short temper, this only helps to shorten it, throwing Luthor into uncontrollable rages. This hormonal mechanism is also the 'fuel' to activate his powers, for the more upset he becomes the stronger he can become. However, the more strong he becomes, the higher the levels of adrenaline that are in his system, lowering his rational thought drastically in proportion to his might. When hyped up on adrenaline, this hormone activates the radioactive properties of the K-Venom to help to 'supercharge' his body, both in terms of durability and strength. Not bulking up his musculature, though the green of his blood can be seen in bulging veins along with a green glow to his eyes, these bursts of might only last for very short periods (minutes at a time) before causing Luthor to collapse in great pain. In terms of durability, this makes him bulletproof, able to survive explosion or even to trade a few blows with Superman. Again, this is only active when he is experiencing elevated levels of adrenaline, meaning he has to be aware the attack is coming to be upset about it enough to survive it. But he could leap from a plane and hit the ground, be pounded through buildings or even hit by a speeding train at maximum and be alright. Finally, in terms of strength at the absolute peak he is able to trade blows with Superman, though this is only for but a few moments at best. The resultant crash from that level of high, as well, is apt to leave Luthor in spasms of crippling pain, with Kryptonite exposure to alleviate it. His augmented strength is only active when he is experiencing elevated levels of adrenaline in his system, meaning he has to be upset enough to use it rather than just on a whim. Generally, he is more likely to be able to punch through walls; toss cars a city block or crush conventional weaponry with his bare hands.

h2h? PimpKing all the way. That baldy hack called Luthur only shows something when he either has backup or is using a pre crisis suit.
