Orhime's fairy god-mother powers would just bring them back if they died. On top of that, Mayuri might have some random ass plan to stomp Yammy because he had unkown amounts of prep-time before it. I doubt Yammy will have such good fortune.
Plus Kenpachi and Byakuya are with four out of the main five: they can't die.
I like Kenpachi. He's my favorite Bleach character, by far.
I would have really really for realz liked to see Aizen killed and Gin take over. That makes much more sense as you don't have to "retcon" 300+chapters to make the story fit right. (Gin had Aizen reveal his 'weakness' when he was still a growing kid...stupid that he didn't get evidence and turn Aizen in at that point and then ask to execute Aizen, himself. Stupid stupid stupid.)
Now, the story has to be retconned and that might not even happen! (He could just leave it as a major plot hole.)
With the way I wanted to write it, Gin would still get to do the same things he did except, in my version, he still maintains his sanity and dignity. It makes more sense that Gin would want to kill Aizen, right at that point, then at any other: when they finally got to Kakura Town and Aizen revealed the last line about creating the kings key, Gin kills Aizen and creates the key for himself.

If I've seen enough Anime/Mangas with characters getting more powerful by the minute, they always seem to have a flaw that gets them killed (ironically their ego which could give Yammy trouble). I know Kubo has gone as far as to make Aizen look like a fairy (that made me lol more than it made me say ugh) but I don't think he would let the likes of Yammy destroy such important characters.

Well, he probably knew that wouldn't have made a difference, given Aizen's shikai. Even without his shikai, no one knows just how powerful Aizen was at that point. That decision may have just gotten more people killed, and just forced Aizen to adjust his plans accordingly.

Even if more people got killed, as long as they're Soul Society types that's fine with Gin.
Aizen was actually running low on steam before the sphere merger kicked in, so he could've been worn down. Especially since there was no Espada to tire out the weaker captains.

That wouldn't be possible, at all, if Aizen did not know about being tattled on.
What would happen is Aizen would easily be captured by a large group of captains that were fully prepared to capture him.
No Hueco Mundo bailout, like last time. Aizen would have died with Soifon and Yaruichi at his throat, like they were. Yamamoto is more than capable of WTF pwning Aizen, by himself, with minimal injury. (Just like he was doing in the Fake Karakura town.)
When on Earth will Adult Swim be able to get the rest of the Bleach episodes in English? I've been seeing so many reruns again and again. They keep repeating after that one episode somewhere in the Arrancar arc ends and I keep hoping they must've gotten more episodes but no. What is taking them so long? This is Kubo's fault with his stupid Bount arc. Were it not for that giant filler, there would've more time for them to finish the english version of the Arrancar arc but no, they had to waste time making a feud between shinigamis and vampires. What the heck?
