Oh, Zangetsu-spirit and Hichigo. So much cooler than Ichigo, both of them (but not the one we saw right before the final fight).

Chad was in there early on, but it's been awhile since he's had much to do but complain about how he can't keep up.

Am I the only one here who prefers Tosen compared to the obvious Starscream?

I liked Tosen a *lot* when I thought he was a blood knight with his own ideology which drove him to Aizen.

However, the final conversations with him, as well as his hollow form, were weak as heck. He didn't have a grand ideology, his path of least blood stuff was just BS, and upon getting eyes he calls his old friend 'ugly'.

Up to that point, I'm with you.

What Gin has going for him is he's simply so Starscream that he's more like an elemental of stab-you-in-the-back.

Tousen had a completely nonsensical motivation and frankly wasn't that interesting at all. Stoic isn't too great a trait for your villians.

Gin was a creeeeepy mother****er. Plus the scene he has with Rukia in the SS arc was fantastic.

He could've worked great if his motivation had made sense.

"The horrors I had seen... only a great power could prevent them from happening again, a power I saw in Aizen. He is the path of least blood, and for justice, I must strike you down, old friend, to protect that path!" -roughly what I'd write for him in the final encounter.

When people are watching the series for the first time, I try and convince them that Gin's really a good guy ^^

That's because the dude radiates ossum in a myriad of ways. Though I can understand you not liking him. He made your favourite character shit her pants. Then again, he can make anyone short of Yamamoto shit their pants.

Bleach has a pretty large number of characters I think are awesome, so too many to name.
Though top 5 are prolly Uryu, Gin, Yoruichi, Isshin & Pre-Transformation Aizen or Urahara for me.

Can't really call Gin a good guy though. He just secretly opposes the antagonist due to said antagonist screwing up Gin's girl.

No, I try and convince them that Gin's not involved with the Aizen-crime at all, isn't on the villain's side, and is a completely innocent character during the soul society arc 😄

His Hollow Form did indeed suck. I don't mind him being so douchey near the end though. I dunno, villains do that I guess. I just found him badass. And I like his bankai more than Gin's. 😛

Nah, Harry Potter saw to it that Phoenixes have become lame. Like Twilight and Vamps. Phoenixes suck by association =3

Admitidly I don't really care for angels too much these days either. They themselves are cool, and are if anything getting even better

But let's face it, in names if you have Angel in there you're either;

- Vampire with a soul
- A pornstar

I did like his non-physical bankai (should've used that in the end).

He could've been cruel in the end too. It could've been him discounting them all as scum like Kenpachi who must all be swept aside for his path to become reality. It's just that it left his motivations rather muddled the way it happened.

Any predictions for this up coming Bleach arc?

Few hints at it coming full circle and Soul Society being the enemy again. Might explain why they would need some pawns to own to show off again but I'm not convinced of it honestly.

Personally I'm hoping for a bit of anarchy whatever happens =)
