Just for consideration, it was more or less implied that Wonderweiss was weaker than most Arrancar because of his specialized release.

If only Yamamoto could be this beasty and badass in every chapter. Then Bleach really would be the best series ever. It still annoys me how Aizen has back-up plans out the blue though. I don't think even Lelouch or Light were that cunning. I mean I can accept him being a near omnipotent force in bleach as well as being smart(that what makes him interesting). However being abosolutely flawless is kind of boring.Maybe its because its shonen.

Moving on! Yamamoto pwns all;he's still kind of a jerk at times.

Damn, Yamamoto is a freaking BEAST. I never thought he'd wipe the floor with Wonderweiss like that. true, he has some attitude problems, but he has a right (I guess) to be that cocky.

and to think he's not even using his sword... can't even imagine what his bankai can do. looking forward to next chapter.

The old man rocks. It's a shame that when he finally showed us how cool he is, he will probably die...

Also he seems to be fine after being impaled by Aizen...

wow, this is one of the rare occasions that i like the bleach chapter more than the naruto chapter, and this weeks chapter was just awesome

Grim reapers and such are often associated with the color black, so he wanted the series to imply a contrast to black, hence 'Bleach' for white. Note how so many characters in the series are dressed in black, white, or a combination of the two.

So it's a reference to the visual theme.

well that and the fact that bleach is used to purify stuff, make it clean. and thats what they do

I think the title might also relate to how on the chapter covers their always wearing some kind of fashion.

Then he proceeds to bwooooooce weeeeeeee punch Wonderf*g across the entire city.

Its not going to last. Aizen is going to whip out some extra godly technique that will put Yamamoto down. Then just befor he goes in for the kill, Ichigo saves the day. Afterwards Toshiro will do a hair flip that steals the show from everyone. Sorry that's how it(Bleach) works.

I do hope that Yamamoto does something else awesome before then. He's been commander for 1000 years so he's going too.

Also, I know that yamamoto will eventually die, and I am fine with it really, but I just hope that Kubo gives him a hell of a fight before he goes down and not some pu**y death as he did to other characters (like Harribel, Tousen, etc...)

Don't forget about Gin and his antics. Wonder if Hinamori and Toshiro are actually dead, because as morbid as it sounds that would be great news.

IDK about Hinamori but Aizen explicitly said that none of the captains he was fighting were dead.

Yeah, and what pisses me more is Ukitake saying to Shunsui to "not show his bankai where people can see it"... And you know why? Every single character in bleach have the IMPERIOUS NECESSITY to explain his shikai/bankai to his opponent, which in my opinion is of the greatest bullsh*t in bleach. I mean, let your foe find out for himself I say, they are there to kill there opponents, then why not use your weapon for your advantage and DON'T TELL YOUR OPPONENT HOW YOUR ULTIMATE WEAPON WORKS, THUS GIVING HIM A WAY TO COUNTER IT... Really, shinji could have chopped aizen's head with one attack if he hadn't bother to explain how his shikai works, and even after he injured him in his shoulder, he just had to explain him the single detail aizen didn't got, allowing him to completly nullfies his shikai...

Of course, the reader has to find out how the shikais/bankais work, but we could be informed by reading the user thoughts, finding out AFTER they have used it on the opponent or after the guy is dead...

So, after all this, shunshui can't show his bankai "where other people can see it...". If he is that stupid to accept this justification then let him die without using his bankai...
