harry potter ( hairy pooper) hate thread

i don't know about you but i HATE harrry potter! what is with this? my bro is 10 and he is reading this book and he tells me it is full of kissing and junk. J.K. rowling needs to make this books good. to a lot of people it means "good reading" why can't people pick up a book like " The chronicles of Narnia" or " The Hobbit" i went to a book store recently to find that they had piles of HP books, it was covering the front window.

It is proven that some kids are taking HP too serious. and it is wrong that a book makes so big affection on them.
I personally like those books..but it really took me some time to discover them...since their popularity was rather a turn off.
but the thing is that they're written decent and are fun.

and I would like to know why are you assuming that people who are readig HP are not also reading other stuff.

because. i went to a library one day and their window (the whole front window)
was covered with HP books, all the other kid books are moved to the back.
it was even in the airport! I liked to read The Hobbit when i was a kid, i never showed interest into harry potter nor did my parents. their are other books that kids can read other than the harry potter books, ( J.K. rowiling has made more than 2 million on the goblet of fire)

also Witchcraft has been illegal for a long time, the blair witch was banned from the town maybe 2hundred years ago for trying to do witchcraft to 3 girls

money. HP books are getting sold so they're making them avaible for everyone and everywhere.

tbh there are lotsa books as good ifnot better than harry..and i don't know why did harry get so popular while those others didn't.

and Blair Witch movie was awesome

well he/she is smart then, there are games, movies, top-selling books, action figures, cards, wand replicas, clothing, mugs.

i know. for me it is exagerrating a bit. bok is ok. they made a movie too. but the whole potter-mania is insane (but i still like books)
