So there's this guy......

in the apartments FJ and i live, there is this guy. every night he stands in his open doorway, rocking back and forth, watching his TV. every night. i look out at him and he is there all night, every night, til like 5 or 6 am. he goes to work every day, i have seen him, in a suit and tie. he acts normal. i dont know what the hell he is doing this for. is this weird or what?

He probably has some major loose screws. That's freakin weird.

every night. smoking a ciggy and watching tv, rocking back and forth. he creeps FJ and me out.

Call the cops so they can investigate him. That's what I would do. His behavior is not normal and he could be dangerous.

rocking back and forth could be a sign of insecurity

Call him up as soon as you see him sit down. Then when he answers CUT. As soon as he sits back down phone him up again. And repeat the process.

We need to bring in 24 hour surveillance in order to do this right.
