Primus

really cool band, not quite sure what genre they are though!!

les claypool is god-like on the bass, in fact, the whole band are incredibly talented.

my favourite song has to 'to defy the laws of tradition'.

any fans?

I enjoy a bit of Primus, but only because of Les Claypool.

The rest of the band I could care less about, but Claypool is the man of the bass. He's one of my major influences as a musician.

my main problem with them is that they do too many tv theme songs.

but they were in bill and ted's excellent adventure which exonerates them somewhat.

though i'm not a fan of masturbatorial solos in music usually.

I met them when they were playing Montreal and Les Claypool had the most amazing hat I've ever seen. And he was on a scooter.

I think Primus is decent.I'm not a big Les Claypool fan though.He just doesn't impress me.
