Origin: Magni was born sometime around 2025 after his father had been the ruler of Earth for a little over 20 years. When he was a baby the castle in which he resided was attacked by heroes of Earth who did not agree with King Thor's rule. During the fight that ensued baby Magni was taken hostage by Balder. Luckily for Magni his uncle Loki managed to slay Balder and save him. For the next 150 years Magni lives in New Asgard relatively at peace and undisturbed by any dangers. In the year 2170 Thialfi arrives in the future through a portal from 2002. Thialfi quickly realizes the future is far from perfect and he goes about trying to convince Magni that his father's rule is wrong, and that the Asgardians should leave Earth. After Jordahl was sent to the reconditioning center by Loki, who was disguised as Magni at the time, Magni started to realize that Thialfi was right. Magni takes Jordahl to Sif who is exiled out in an unknown snowy mountain range. Sif takes care of Jordahl and Magni arrives back in New Asgard just in time to learn the news of Thialfi's death and see Kya get hung. Kya's spirit takes Magni to the location of Mjolnir and Magni finds he is worthy to lift the legendary hammer. At the same time Desak wakes up on the moon. Magni returns to Sif using the hammer to fly there and she tells him how to use the hammer to teleport. The two of them travel to Old Asgard and find out from Ulik that once the Asgardians left Old Asgard withered up and died. Apparently without the presence of the Odinpower in the realm eternal things went downhill quickly. Thor and Sif, using Mjolnir, travel to New Asgard and begin to argue with Thor about how he has hindered mankind and should leave Earth immediately. Thor, having just woken up from the Odinsleep, is quite grumpy and does not wish to have his actions challenged, especially by his son. Magni throws Mjolnir to the ground and tells Thor to lift it. If Thor is able to lift Mjolnir then Magni will retract his objections to Thor's rule. Before their arguing can get serious Desak arrives and begins to fight with both of them. Neither Thor nor Magni are able to stop Desak, so Loki releases the Destroyer which, unknown to anyone but him, is powered by the Designate. Desak senses that his creator powers the Destroyer, so using his amulet he releases her spirit from the armor, and places the armor on himself. After Thor learns what Loki did to the Designate he begins to realize that everyone was correct when they said his rule over Earth was wrong. Magni is injured by the Designate while trying to attack the Destroyer powered Desak. Sif and Amora begin to carry Magni away to get healed, at the request of Thor. Shortly thereafter Loki is killed, then Thor utilizing the Odinpower and Mjolnir destroys Desak. Thor talks with the Designate and decides he needs to go back in time and undo the things he's done. He freezes time and bids farewell to Magni, Amora, and Sif. Then Thor using the Odinpower and Zarrko's technology, with the help of the Designate, travels back in time to moments before Asgard was to blow up. Thor disables the explosives and then meets with his younger self and Jake Olson. Thor reunites his younger self with Jake Olson and then gives his younger self all of his memories so that he doesn't repeat his mistake. Old Thor then disappears as he, and Magni, no longer exist.
Significant Issues:
• Thor vol. 2 #50 - A red haired person, similar to Thor in appearance, is shown battling the Midgard Serpent.
• Thor vol. 2 #68: Magni is shown as a baby while his parents talk to Jane Foster.
• Thor vol. 2 #70: Magni is shown stopping a hurricane on an island and saving many of its inhabitants. He then returns to New Asgard and meets Jordahl, who he saves from Loki who is looking for her.
• Thor vol. 2 #71: Magni goes on a date with Jordahl and goes back to her house to meet her mother.
• Thor vol. 2 #72: Magni goes to Spain with Thialfi to help stop a resistance uprising. Meanwhile Loki disguised as Magni goes to Jordahl's home and takes her to a brainwashing facility.
• Thor vol. 2 #73: Magni has an argument with his father then Thialfi talks to Magni about his father's rule being wrong, but Magni dismisses this notion and leaves angrily. Then we see a flashback to an attack that Thor endured back when Magni was a baby.
• Thor vol. 2 #74: Magni learns that Jordahl has been taking to a brainwashing facility so he goes there to rescue her and ends up fighting an army of guards. He then takes Jordahl to Sif for recuperation.
• Thor vol. 2 #75: Magni talks with Sif about why she was exiled, then he returns to New Asgard to see Kya get hung. Kya's spirit then takes Magni to Mjolnir and he lifts it.
• Thor vol. 2 #76: Magni practices with Mjolnir and then uses it to return to Sif. They then travel to Old Asgard to find out that it has withered and died without the Odinpower present to sustain it. Magni and Sif return to New Asgard and Magni challenges Thor to pick up Mjolnir to prove he is worthy.
• Thor vol. 2 #77: Desak, newly awakened, arrives on the scene and interrupts their argument. All of New Asgard proceeds to battle Desak including Thor and Magni.
• Thor vol. 2 #78: The battle continues and they are not able to cause Desak much damage, so Loki releases the Destroyer powered by the Spirit of the Designate. Desak then uses his amulet to release the Designate and to absorb the Destroyer armor into himself.
• Thor vol. 2 #79: Magni is badly injured by the Designate and Loki is killed. Thor realizes what he has done to Earth is wrong so kills Desak then freezes time and says goodbye to his family. Then with the help of the Designate and Zarrko's technology Thor returns to the past to set things right.
8th Day Juggernaut was powered up, his outstanding strenght was boosted to further levels and his reflexes and quickness too, they were sufficients to stop all of the exemplars beating them in an epic battle royal.
Hercules in his demigod form is equal to Thor without the hammer in terms of strenght, and can be injured only on the Olympus, but he can be knocked unconscious, slowed, stunned.
In terms of physical strenght and durability, the second team has an edge, especially checking Juggy's strenght, while their durability is equal.
Second team tough has an edge cause the magical hammers grants them an array of powers that all of them can use at the same time with effects on a large scale.
3 Mjolnirs using the trick Thor used in his 2nd fight with Juggy will certainly block the Cyttorak enchantment granting them to knock out the Juggernaut, then they'll knock out Hercules.
I'm agreeing with K3vil and Dark Thor. Despite their second encounter Thor was powerless against an 8th Day Juggernaut.
We already know that the God Force attack doesn't injure regular Juggernaut and Bill and Magni can't even do that much.
Hercules shows the upstart Magni who the true God of Strength is while Juggernaut is wailed on, to no effect, by the two Thunderers. Even then Juggernaut will probably tag one or both of them a couple of time. When Hercules joins back up with him, it'll be all over for Team Asgard.
