The hell of fire and torment is a misinterpretation. Jesus went to hell after he died to comfort the faithful, then he was resurrected.
1Sa 28:14 And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle. And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself.
This was a ghost (evil spirit, devil, demon, etc.) appearing as samuel. It says that saul perceived it to be Samuel. I think that he had already fixed in his mind that it would be. Preconceived ideas.
There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch. Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. Then why did Samuel say...Why did you call/summon me...he was upset about that you know....I would think a deceiving spirit would of been ok with the fact and even encourage him to call again.. 😄
