What are The Atom's powers?

Alright, I know about the shrinking, but does he somehow keep his normal strength even at microscopic levels?

I think so, He hurt Deathstroke by pounding his eardrums..............

Actually he retains the same amount of strength he does at normal size to any microscopic size he enters. Also he can channel his body's mass (which also some how stays the same) to perform his patented Atom Punch which has knocked out full-grown men even when he was the size of electron or something.
