my hands are tired 🤪 , but Prof. X already rached full potential (Cassie Nova might be there w/ him had she hav been here), Em and bets might be there w/ him but they might hav a little more potential, Shadow King MM, Moondragon, Stryfe, Legion, and Onslaught are pretty powerful, dunno their extent, but especially Psi-Lord (Frankllin), Nate, and Rachel, I would consider the potentially most powrful psi's. Cables tech virus hinders him, though without it he'd be in that group. And of course we know where Jean and Aquaman land on this list
