BATMAN & Hulk & Apocalypse & VIOLATOR Vs. Spiderman & Spawn

this is very different what i come up with.....
Batman(which i think he kicks ass!!!)& hulk & Apocalypse & VIOLATOR VS. Spiderman and "SPAWN"!!!
tell me this can spawn be defeated by batman?
really i want to know!
well who you guys think will win?
(i vote batman)
so?....................

Spawn would crush Batman.

really? but would spawn would be overkilled by hulk and the rest?

Spiderman and Spawn would be reduced to a little smear on the ground...This is pure overkill.

no i think its even--because spawn is almost godlike
so?...............

the reason Spawn has those laces is in his head is from Batman.
lol.

When he drain the power of some worlds and Malebogia than he became almsot godlike, on his own, no, far from godlike.
