raven came back with a blue liquid in a small bottle in her hands. she gave that potion to the small boy and he woke up a little while after
boy: "where am I!!" he screamed
"uh dont worry your uh with the teen titans" she said
boy: "wheres my parents"
"uh i think they died" she said and took the boy to ashley
Sam was standing on the roof watching over the city. "Where was I when you needed me? Why can't I protect you? What the hell is wrong with me?" He shouted, felling very angry at himself for letting this happen to the city. "I'm supposed to be a hero, protector of the Innocent. But instead, I'm just a pathetic waist of energy. A screw up, thats all I am." He said, quietly this time, letting a deep depression wash over him. Tom ran up to the tower, carrying some one in his arms. He jumped up to the roof and set the person down, Tom looked up and Sam could see that he had been crying.
Tom wiped some tears from his eyes. "I was right there... She was trapped between a chunk of concrete... and the hood of a car... I did my best but... when I picked her up to take her somewhere safe... She... died in my arms." He said, tears running down his face. Tom showed Sam the blood covering his arms. "I... I couldn't do anything for her... I wasn't fast enough."
Sam stood there, looking from the unfortunate dead woman to Tom. He felt fury and sorrow each building up to an explosive rage. Sam let out a huge shout. "I swear to you, city, I will find those responsible for this atrocity and bring them to justice!" The cry rang out over the whole city, then Sam fell to his knees and wept.
