"Er...yes," Jeanna's dad fixed his glasses and then continued. "As of now, we are creating 'Super Rats'. Due to some......inconvenient side effects. It seems that the formula from my last experiment triggered, might I say....negative characteristics. Anger being one of a few." Looking over his shoulder, the 'doctor' checked on his daughter's process. She was moving down the line steadily, injecting each rat. Nodding, he looked back at his examiner. "As of now, we are testing what causes these side effects, hoping to isolate the factors."
Jeanna was half listening to her father speak. She had heard the explaination several times before. Besides she had to concentrate. Moving on to a new rat, Jeanna swore she saw another move. Looking towards it, she guessed it was just her imagination. Sighing, she went back to work, but then saw it again. I must be going insane... She thought, looking at it again. Shaking her head, Jeanna went back to work again. Seeing something twitch again, Jeanna was absolutely sure it was moving. And it was.
The rat to the far left of the doctor's daughter was moving. It had awoken to find itself on a long table with others of its kind. Redeyes snapped open as it felt a surge of power run through it's blood. All rats are born knowing that they will die. It is instinct. The power surge though, erased all fear from this experiment. As Rat #13 heaved itself up, it began to think. Not rat thoughts, but human - genius - thoughts. He knew that he and the others around him, had been endowed with something special. And immediately, he saw the key to a rat nation.
As the experiment Rat #13 began to move, Jeanna screamed. She had witnessed what the last group had done to each other. That was when they were trapped with in their cage. This rat was free. As she screamed, the other rats had begun to open their eyes and gather to their leader. Knowing that there was no hope for her, Jeana wanted to warn the others but was unable to. After the first scream, her voice was locked in her throat, unable to make noise. Once they had gathered, It was obvious how they had changed. Some rats had grown to double their size. Others were spouting wings. The list continued as thoughts raced through Jeanna's head.
It took no time for the rats to leap for Jeanna, who in her hurry to escape, knocked over the half-filled rack of vials. Falling backwards, Jeanna hit her head on a table's corner and was knocked unconcious before she landed on a floor littered with the serum, glass, needles, vials, and some of the normal rats.
Their first target contaminated with a lethal dosage of the serum, the rats leapt for the next best host. The doctor, for whom time seemed to slow, found himself being bitten and merging minds with the failed experiments. Before his sanity was gone, he yelled for the Assistant to escape while he could.

robin imediatly grabed the daughter and headed for the exit throw some explosives in the lab tomakeshure they don't get loose he used very potent blast crimbleing the building as they escape robin jump out of the nearest window as the blast caught up to them and they landed on the streets and robin imediately took her to bruce.....
