The story is: the world was in terror as the humans and fantasy cretures fight. this war has gone on for many years now. there are too many humans for the Cretures to fight off. the Creatures call in a special force in combat containing five of the best fighters they have to offer. The humans are hevily armed with guns, tanks, jets, and all that. while the Special force only has their fists and maybe a pistol or two each. their job.. to destroy all combatants of the humans....

Wow... It's been awhile since I've posted anything on here. But I came up with this idea & thought I'd see if anyone was into it. I know it's a lot of reading, but yeah, it's worth it (I hope)...
The princess awoke as her lady-in-waiting, Wendolin, let the sun enter the room by opening her curtains. She rubbed her eyes as she rose from her bed, then allowed Wendolin to help dress her. "That will be all, Wen," she said, smiling politely at the girl. Wendolin nodded, curtsied, and left through the double doors. The princess brushed her long, light-brown hair and found her silver locket in its usual hidden spot, on the top of her large, wooden wardrobe. She smiled as she fastened the clasp around her neck. She went straight to the throne room, where she knew her mother and father would be waiting for her. She knocked and smiled patiently at the handsome guard who opened the large doors. "Your Highnesses," he announced as she stepped inside, "Princess Adeliah." She kisses both her mother and father on either cheek and convinces her father to go horseback riding later that afternoon. Riding was the one thing that made Adeliah feel free and it was about the only thing that her and her father had in common. Later that day, she painted as her mother whispered tales of adventures that her mother told her.
But only a short two weeks later, disaster is afoot in Landorthia when Adelia's father is killed by a group of spies from the east and her mother suddenly falls ill. Being the oldest of her siblings, it falls upon Adeliah to take the throne and bring peace back to her home. Tomorrow, she must meet the man she was unknowingly betrothed to the day she was born. She must make a decision that will either make or break the future of her country. Will she do what her parents would have thought to be the honorable thing and marry a man she has never met? Or will she find someone else to take the throne with her? Could she attempt to make it on her own, even though she would have to prove to everyone that a woman can take the place of a man on the throne?
I would be Adeliah ... She is 17 years of age and every bit as pretty as her mother. She has the lightest, curly brown hair and large, mint-green eyes, with a slim body at a height of 5'7." She has prominent cheek bones and a long nose like her father. Her lips are small and her dimples barely noticable.
Here are some characters you can choose from, or you can make up your own (but I must approve them):
Brock: Dashing and at the age of 26, he is Adeliah's betrothed. He has blond hair, hazel eyes, and is very built. He is slick and uses his charm for his advantage when pursuing women. He knows that his betrothed with bring stability to his crazy, wild life, and though scared, knows he could truly fall in love.
Reece: He is an 19 year old stable boy, for whom Adeliah falls. He has dark brown hair and deep blue eyes. He is shy, but friendly, and he wishes that all of her people could see in Adeliah what he sees in her- the strength, the courage, the determination, and the passion for her country. But most of all, he wishes she could see in in herself.
Ambrose: She is Adeliah's 15 year old sister. She is and has always been very much aware of how different from her sister she is. She is petite in body structure, with strawberry-blond hair and green eyes. She has a passion for music, having played piano and harp since she was small, and books of every sort. She was always closest to her grandfather and loved, above all, his stories. Ambrose is intelligent in more ways than one, but she is humble as well. She is tired of living in her older sister's shadow and needs to find a place for herself.
Aldrich: He is Adeliah's 6 year old brother and he looks to his older sisters before making any decisions. His curiousity often leads to trouble, but that never stops him. He is a fast learner and loves his world, though he fears losing the only place he has ever called home. What no one, not even Aldrich himself, knows is that he holds a power not even the god thought still existed.
Wendolin: She is Adeliah's ever-loyal friend and lady-in-waiting. She is a young woman at the age of 16, with pale skin and black hair that meets her shoulders. She is muscular, having been trained in many forms of fighting. She will always be behind ever decision that Adeliah makes, but about when her father disagrees?
Farica: She is Adeliah's mother and has fallen ill, unable to control the throne by herself. Due to Adeliah, her mother is unaware of the activities that must be brought about for Adeliah to take control of the throne. Must her mother find out for herself, by her own means? Or will those who want her position be willing to do the unthoughtful to a once very powerful woman? But she, too, has a power unseen only to those inside her family. Can she use it to protect those she loves, while still risking it all? Can she help her daughter to make the right decision, even if she herself isn't sure what it is?
Kamid: A dark-skinned mage, unsure of his place and torn between his promise to protect Adeliah and his disagreeing thoughts on her ideas of taking the throne. How can he do what he feels is right and still be true to the family that brought him there, that gave him his freedom again?
****If you are going to choose one of the pre-made characters, know that they go from most important to least important. The ones at the top are necessary for the story to work. Other characters allowed can include mages, those with specific powers (I definitely must approve those first), nobles, rebels that support Adeliah, or those who work for her (spies, warriors, guards, servants, ect.). If you have any other ideas or suggestions, just let me know and I'll be pretty open to what's allowed.
