For KMC, we have a system that can check for matches. If there is a match, it usually means that there is someone with more than one account.

Hey I was thinking about making a starcraft RP. Era is in the time of confederacy, and we're on a backwater planet called Tiberion 6. This planet is being attacked by the zerg and the terrans are defending it, while the protoss are coming to destroy the zerg. All races are playable, and all classes are playable. Anyone in?
