Kakei Juubei shares a similar past to Kadsuki and are close childhood friends. They firstmet when Juubei was sent to Fuuchoin to serve and protect Kadsuki. Ever since then, Juubei has always thought that he was born to protect Kadsuki.
Unfortunately, it wasn't long before a sad fate fell upon both the Kakei and Fuuchoin family. Both families were wiped out with only Kadsuki being the sole survivor of the Fuuchoin family. Luckily for Juubei, his older sister Sakura also survived. Kadsuki was told to go to Infinite Fortress and so, as Kadsuki's protector, Juubei went with him.
At Infinite Fortress, Juubei and Kadsuki lived amongst the poor violent "junk kids". It was then that they met Ginji, the ruler of the Lower Town. After some fierce battles, they were selected to become members of Volts and join The Four Kings who served Ginji to protect him and to keep the Lower Town in order.
Later, with Ginji's departure from Infinite Fortress, things started to fall apart and the Four Kings did not work together as a team anymore. Everyone decided to leave including Kadsuki. However, Juubei decided to stay and help Makubex to persue a "better future" for Infinite Fortress which led to even more misfortune. After a grave and dangerous battle with Kadsuki, all his vital points in his body was puntured by his own dark needles. It was a miracle that he survived and only lost his sight.
While serving under Makubex, one of his orders was to make the children at Infinite Fortress laugh. But, he couldn't do it and has been blaming himself for not being able to fulfil his duties ever since. He is very poor at making jokes and the best he can do is use silly puns!
As Juubei's nickname suggests, he makes use of needles as his weapons and practices the art of Kakeiryuushin. The art can be used for healing purposes and also for fighting which is why Juubei posesses both light and dark needles. The light needles can also be used for attacking too although they don't inflict as much damage. He also posesses a Taikyoku Stone which looks like a Yin Yan sign and can generate a great level of magnetism to control his needles.

A former member of Volts and also last of the Rouran people who was wiped out by the ravage Senbi people. Ever since then, he has been living in Infinite Fortress where he met Fuyuki Shido, someone who had a similar past to himself.
Emishi first met Shido when he heard that he was killing and stealing from people. Thinking that it would only be a matter of time before he got to his own people, he went after him. Finding out Shido was taking food from the bad and sharing it with the poor children of Infinite Fortress changed Emishi's attitude towards him.
Shido and Emishi had been getting along ever since as they both were in the same group, Volts. However, after Shido left Infinite Fortress, Emishi remained behind to help Makubex maintain the peace. It wasn't until after the "IL" incident that they met again and left Infinite Fortress together to form their own retrieval service.
Although a member of Volts, Emishi's power does not rival that of any of the Four Kings. Emishi makes use of the ancient Rouran art which was used to protect the desert Kingdom of Rouran from outsiders. His weapon is that of a whip named Rouran Butou Ben (Dancing Rouran Whip), a lethal yet extremely flexible weapon made from the strands of hair from the females of Rouran. As a last resort, he can also use his own blood as a weapon. The Rouran people's blood was known as Kokechi (Tiger's Blood) which is highly flammable.
Emishi likes to think of himself as an entertainer and loves to make people laugh with joy. Even now, he really wants to leave Infinite Fortress to become a real one. His attempts at jokes however, are nearly as bad as Juubei. Lots of people call him an idiot within Infinite Fortress because of this but, his smile and effort helps to make the children there happy.

Although originally running an Ubaiya (Stealing Service) with Ban and her brother Yamato, Himiko now runs her own Hakobiya (Transport Service) just like Akabane. Responsible for transporting and protecting goods given by her clients.
Just like her brother, she is a Voodoo Child. Although it's not yet clear, this curse bestowed upon them seems to be the cause of her brother, Yamato's death. Not knowing that Yamato himself asked Ban to kill him, hatred grew in Himiko leading to their seperation. It was only later when they met up again during a transport mission, did they have the chance to talk again. Of course, her great hatred meant she wanted to kill him a lot but as the series progresses, this starts to dampen down.
Also known as "Lady Poison", you could also call her a modern day witch as she makes use of "poison perfumes" that she creates. Although she only carries 7 viles with her during missions, she is not limited to them and can make many more which has different effects.
Himiko drives around on a motorbike with a side car attached to it.
Poison Perfumes:
Taikakou (Retrogression Perfume)
Turns the inhaler into a prehistoric animal. Usually an ape.
Kaenkou (Flaming Perfume)
Flames burns the inhaler from inside out. Sometimes you'll find Himiko inhaling a little herself to use as a weapon.
Jigenkou (Time Limited Perfume)
Paralyzes the inhalers at a certain time.
Kaidokukou (Antidote Perfume)
Self-explanatory really. It takes away the effects of any of her other perfumes.
Boukyakukou (Oblivion Perfume)
Inhaler forgets what has happened in the last 24 hours.
Kugutsukou (Dummy Perfume)
Allows Himiko to control the inhaler's movements against their will.
Tsuibikou (Trailing Perfume)
When used, it leaves a scent behind whoever or whatever it's used with. This allows her to trace the object again although Ban seems to have the ability to smell it too.
Fushokukou (Corrosion Perfume)
Wears away any material.
Kasokukou (Acceleration Perfume)
Makes the inhaler's movements faster although it takes a heavy toll on the user.
Kaiminkou (Instant Sleep Perfume)
Inhaler falls asleep instantly.

Not much is known about Kyoji apart from the fact that he is a resident of Babylon City, the highest levels of Infinite Fortress and that he is a foe to be reckoned with. His powers and abilities rivals that of Akabane.
His first appearance was during the "IL" incident where he gave Makubex a hand in accomplishing his goals. Just like Akabane, he too wears a smile but in a mysterious sort of way. Kagami's main concern appears to be surveilling certain people outside of Infinite Fortress although his motives are unclear. Ever since he met Himiko, he seems to have taken a liking to her.
As his name suggests, Kagami makes use of mirrors in all sorts of ways including a technique called, "Diamond Dust" that allows him to create illusions of himself. Then, when his opponents shatter any of the wrong ones, they get cut and if they inhale any of the dust, they're cut from inside out.
